SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service cover text messages sent by Quality Logistics, LLC, doing business as Longship (“Longship,” “we,” “us”). By opting in to receive text messages from Longship, you agree to these terms.
What we send
Longship sends text messages about freight we’re moving or discussing with you, including:
- Load offers, confirmations and rate confirmations
- Pickup and delivery appointments, dispatch updates and check calls
- Requests for shipping documents, such as bills of lading and proof of delivery
- Payment and account notifications
- One-to-one conversations with your Longship representative
We don’t send marketing or promotional messages by text.
How you opt in
You agree to receive text messages from Longship when you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example during carrier setup, when you tell a Longship representative on a call that we may text you, or when you text us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of doing business with Longship.
Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
How to opt out
You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any message from Longship (you can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT). We’ll send one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and then you won’t receive more texts from us unless you opt in again by replying START. You can also opt out by calling us at 855-440-2828.

Your privacy
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy at https://longship.us/privacy-policy/. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Other terms
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or that you have the account holder’s permission to receive our messages.
- If you change or give up your mobile number, please tell us so we can stop texting that number.
- We may change these terms. When we do, we’ll update the effective date on this page.
